great location two bathrooms friendly staff weak air-con poor lighting poor breakfast
the location rocks, it's close to everything! the room had two bathrooms, it was a lifesaver. also, the staff were friendly and the rooms? so clean.
the air-con wasn't super strong, it was more like a blower. lighting in the room wasn't the best, made working tricky. i didn't like the breakfast much.

the location was fantastic with many restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and professional (i really liked their quick responses). the room was clean and well-kept, offering a pleasant stay.
the room was a bit small at 16 m², i would have preferred more space.

the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. several restaurants are close by. it is also within reasonable distance of key city attractions, approximately 10 minutes to the main train station.

a haven of serenity
lakeside promenade effective air conditioning attentive staff
The location allowed me to stroll along the promenade near the lake, so lovely. my room had effective air conditioning. It was a welcome respite since the day i arrived felt very hot. the staff showed extraordinary attentiveness, ensuring a smooth early check-in after my overnight flight, for which i am so grateful.
the room lighting could have been improved, especially for working.

Fresh coffee, fruit, and pastries were available without any extra charge in a charming ground-floor lounge. It provided a good start to each morning and it set a warm tone for the day.

the room was well designed and included a bidet, which i always appreciate. i found a coffee pot inside, along with a refrigerator, which allowed me to keep beverages cool. the inclusion of electric blinds effectively stifled light and noise during the night.

the staff was really attentive and helpful, they addressed all my needs. they also offered assistance with directions, as well as with any other queries i might have had and they ensured my stay was comfortable!

the hotel's location is really good, it provides easy access to several key areas. being close to the united nations building, the central station, and the airport made it very easy to navigate around the city.
